THE SECRETARY TO THE POST OFFICE presents his compliments to the UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE, COLONIAL OFFICE, and begs to transmit herewith a copy of a telegram which has been received from the Postmaster of Hong Kong concerning the opening of a wireless station at Cape Daguilar.
In accordance with the present practice, particulars of the station will not be notified to the International
the Bureau, Berne, during/War, but they will be included in the List of Wireless Stations issued by this Office to British and Colonial Government Departments and shipowners.
